The Judicial Review was heard on 8th-10th March 2022 in the High Court in London. We were represented by leading UK solicitors Leigh Day. The Judge ruled on very limited procedural issues that no law had been broken and permitted operations on Hinkley C construction can continue.

At present the five Directors of the not-for-profit company TARIAN HAFREN (SEVERN SHIELD) are personally liable to fund-raise to continue our work - especially as regards nuclear contamination monitoring and trying to prevent damage to the fish, eels and other matrine life around Hinkley C.
